What happens when you eat onion?

    Just realised that my quorn had onion bits in it? On AAM what effect will it have? Thanks xxx

    Probabaly little effect, onions have natural sugar in them and there fore have higher amounts of carbs, but if you only did it the once then you should be ok, try and up your water intake to flush it out x

    Thanks for the reply. Damm I bought 2 bags of chicken fillets and they have onion bits in :-( it said they are 98 cal for 2 pieces.

    Once you will probably be okay but plain quorn only until you get on the higher plans.
