:welcome:
dont beat yourself up about letting things slip-focus on the fact that you have done a very positive thing and decided to change-that's fantastic!!! weve all been in a very similar situation-otherwise we wouldnt be here trying to loose weight! this site is so friendly and packet full of advice and info.
WW is easy to follow, and nothing is off limits-as long as you point it correctly. set yourself mini goals instead of just one major target, this helps you stay on track, and make the journey not seem as long! make a food diary, either online or at home (or both like me) making sure you keep track of everything you eat. and enjoy yourself!
good luck hun, see you around the boards!

Hello doingthisforme

I know this might sound strange but try not to worry about it too much, I got myself into a tizzy about my weight I couldnt believe it when the doctor told me what I weighed, I was in denial!

I'm 25 and I look hevily pregnant (i think anyway) i done the same as you, took photos, I am also keeping a diary ( i have only just started keeping the diary on this site!) and also on paper at home, I find writing things down helps me get them out of my head and onto paper, it makes me feel better, and that is what I use against stress and upset as well.

So i would suggest writing things down, because when you have a craving, if you take the time to write it down, and if you still want it by that time, then possibly indulge (a small bit!) never cut yourself off completley from something because if you do that, you are on a road to ruin!

Hope it helped any but I know how you feel, I have only recently been in your position

((((((huge hugs)))))))

I know how you feel. I took pics of me when I started too (for my eyes only I might add as I was only wearing my pants!) and it was just an awful feeling to see what I really looked like. Then the weigh-in which just made me feel ill. It seemed like such a massive amount of weight to lose (and some days I guess it still does) but by breaking it down into mini goals things got easier.

You will get there. Just try not to look at the big goal too much and set yourself little milestones. Don't keep staring at your 'fat' photo if you think it will be counter-productive. Take a photo every month (or stone lost it's up to you) I wish I had done this.

You can do it.

Good Luck.
