What have we eaten today

Hi everone,

I did not have a very good day yesterday, went over my calories, I suppose its not going to be easy to get back into it, I think it will be easier when i start back to work on tuesday.
But i have tried to eat better today, even though i have not counted anything yet.

B. special K, with some nuts and seeds

L. medium baked potato with a tablespoon of humous.

Snacks, 2 rice cakes.

not too bad so far.
 
I am trying to lose the weight i put on over xmas so will be sticking to 1200 calories with twqo cambridge diet supplements per day

Today looks like this
B Boiled egg and toast 150
S CD shake 137
L Toasted crumpet with baked beans and poached egg 300
S Raspberries and Grapes 60
D Chicken with Tangy Tomatoes and Spring onion mash 305
S CD Bar and an apple 205
Milk 1/2 pt skimmed 100

Here is mine, for yesterday and today (I don't eat after 6pm).

B 4 slices WW Bread with tin of coronation tuna sandwich filling
L 2 Tesco Light Choices burgers
Beetroot, sprouts and laughing cow triangle mixed into sprouts
pear and banana
D Tesco chicken and potato pie
sprouts and caulflower
pear

Sun 3 Jan
B as yesterday
S Banana, apple, 2 clementines
L WW Ocean Pie and cauliflower, and carrots
D Birds Eye salmon with herb butter, 3 Aunt Bessie roast pots and veg
Banana and 2 pears
 
Sorry about the absence. Christmas and all that! I hope you all had a great time, and wish you the very best of new years!

So, back on the food-watching! This morning was a cinnamon oatsosimple, lunch will be a ham sandwich, and dinner in the region of 500 calories. Yay!
 
Today i haven't officially counted calories as i am getting too hung up on it so instead have just eaten healthily.

B Porridge / Toast with Jam
S Cambridge Shake
L Small Jacket with chicken
S Bowl of Raspberries, Strawberries and Grapes
D Spaghetti with roasted Toms and Feta Cheese
S Fruit
 
I agree. I was getting a little bit obsessed with counting calories, so I stopped and just ate sensibly and have still be losing. Will still post what I am eating here though :)

B: Special K
L: Quorn cottage pie with baby corn
S: Pinapple and natural yogurt.
D: Will most likely be grilled salmon with veggies.

1350, now comes the hard part, no more scoffing tonight.

Today was an Oatso Simple (250), a McCoy's (250), Chicken sandwich (280), Walkers (250 - grab bag), hot chocolate (150 - made it with milk), and about 400 for dinner (beef wrapped in cabbage leaves).

Far more than usual, but our office was near zero degrees and I was bored sh*tless. Boredom and icicles a HungryCrazyBrit do make!
 
Felt so much better today for not actually counting calories, still continuing to eat healthy and this thread really helps keep me on the straight and narrow

well I bombed out yesterday:eek: could not stop eating all eveinging!!

we had lasange and oven chips yesterday so my jacket tatties wil be for tonight

My breakfast - Honey Nut Loops with S/S milk - 250

Lunch - Banana - 100

Dinner - Jacket tattie and tuna salad - 400

Makes it easier only drinking squash too, i dont do hot drinks or coke - ANYMORE! :)
 
Hey I'm going to tag along here too. My meals have been a bit sporadic this last week (now that I'm thinking about it) because being a uni student, with no uni at the moment (exam period so just have loads of revision) means my sleeping pattern is up the wall. Hopefully writing down what I'm having here will keep it a bit more regular.

B - none, got up far too late!

L - 1 Slice wholemeal toast with loads of cooked mushrooms + warmed extra light soft cheese 190 (yum!)

D - Will be Chicken Tikka (Home made = chicken+natural yogurt+spices) + a small portion basmati rice 300

Snacks will probably be
yogurt + frozen berries 150
cucumber sticks 10 cal
glass of rose ;) 180

= 830

I'm allowing myself 1100 a day, but trying to lower the amount of carbs I eat (I could live off pasta and would usually snack on toast) - any ideas what else I could snack on?
