What have you found easier to do since losing weight?

What a great thread - keep em coming! Great inspiration for us not quite there yet...
 
I'm trying to think from things I have mentioned in my diary!

I can now squat down to something
I can kneel much easier (knee injury 6 years ago...kinda counts for above too)
Walking is much easier, and also faster
I can play my pipes for much longer without beginning to struggle...this has been a significant difference.
I can chat up girls (and succeed) more frequently...ie at all! :D
I am now mostly wearing my wee brothers clothes
My pipe band uniform is falling off me
I can fit more in my jean pockets
I can run a fair wee distance now, albiet not and mind blistering pace
I am not as tired during the day
I'm generally not as down as much
I'm more likely to dance if had too much alcohol

And that old addage of something appearing bigger than before....someone hi 5 me!!!!




The last one I am already wondering why I said it and not even hit post yet but posting the other things made me really pleased and felt the last needed shared...I'm most likely going to regret that!
 
im 3 stone down still a big girl but i can wear my work trousers and actually sit down and the zip stays up!!! b4 every time i sat down my belly would push the zip down too lol...
