nearly will be confirmed tonight at SW an Elephants willy! though i lost just over an air con unit on LT have done another 4lbs since then By the time i have finished i want to have lost an average 5.4 woman!

lol, its amazing isn't it, and we can't pick up these weights later, yet we were carrying them about, no wonder i was always tired!

we should stick a copy of this on the fridge when we reach target so we get a real picture of what weight gain looks like!

once i have reached target, i certainly dont want to gain an elephants willie again!
