Caz - that sounds like me! I'm so bad :eek: But then I can't moan when I don't lose or even gain!
 
I know LOL but what p*sses me off is the fact that he still loses :mad:! But it's not good for him to mix diets because of all the fat you eat on Atkins ;)
 
That looks like a messy weekend to me! Good fun though til the morning after! Can you believe that since on atkins Mark has given up alcohol??? Its crazy, he used to love a little drink.

Oh yes i forgot. Not that it makes any difference to our work. But im in tonight then fri and ive booked sat off.
