Kickstart is a reduction in your points for either one or 2 weeks (usually when you start WW) If you weigh under 14 stones you have 18 points a day, over 14 you have 22

No you dont have to its just designed to give you a bit of a start, but not everyone does it. Its purely an option

Hi,i havent ever done it either and i started in July!!
Dont think i could survive on 18 points unless i was ill and off my food.

I know peeps who have done it though and thought it was good and also they said they were never hungry....

I think i must be greedy  im always hungry!!!LOL
