Hey guys, curious as to what scan bran is... ive seen the name a few times but no clue as to what it is... also... can someone give me a recipe for a syn free snack I can take to share with everyone at my meeting tomorrow? x
Scan bran are high fibre crispbread things. They don't look very appetising but when they are made into cakes they are nice!
They usually sell them at Slimming World classes but if they don't have them at yours they sell them in health food shops too (like Holland and Barrett).
