I love scan bran! You get 5 for a Healthy B, or they are 1 Syn each. They are lovely either savoury or sweet. I like to top mine with laughing cow light and halved cherry tomatoes. Alternatively, for a sweet kick, top with chocolate philly and banana/strawberries :drool: yum!
I have heard they are also good for bulking out things like porridge. Just grate a scan bran or two into your porridge and it will help to bulk it out and keep you fuller for longer.
