I have lost on average about 2lb a week but everyone varies. You can have a shake/smoothie/bar/soup for breakfast, a bar/soup/shake/smoothie for lunch, a six hundred calorie meal in the evening as well as up to three snacks a day. You are eating roughly 1,200 calories a day.
