What is the best chinese takeaway option?

Im going to have a chinese takeaway tonight, but im not entirely sure what to have as i dont want to be sitting on the bog!

I normally have chicken chow mein, is that a really bad option?

I have a noodle soup, with Ho fun thick rice noodles has bits of chicken, beef, and prawns plus some veg in chicken broth.. If I am at my local one, at my SILs I have thai chicken green curry, not eating the sauce plain rice (if I'm eating rice )
