what ketoisis sticks too use

Hi All i am hoping too start S and S diet this week ordered some samples too try first then all go.
I did LL four years ago but completely forgotten what sticks too buy for ketoisis testing and where i get them from thanks

There will be loads of people who tell you not to buy the sticks as they are really not necessary. Once you're in ketosis you are in and you won't come out if you stay on plan. If you are set on buying some though then the ones I bought are called Ketostix (by Bayer), and available on Amazon, Ebay, chemists etc.

Thanks bordersgirl i know what you mean had alot of people saying the sticks weren,t worth buying when i was on LL.
But i just like too know i,ve gone into ketoisis then i know i,m doing the diet right x
