what makes you get remotivated?

    OK, so I did a mid week sneeky weigh in at home and I've put on 4lbs! :( I can put my hand on heart and say I know where it has come from....

    not been to the gym for 10 days
    have each chocolate bars (which I hadn't been)
    have not followed the plan!
    make hardly drank any water.

    This being my 5th week back to SW and I had up until last week lost 8.5lbs in 5 week - help me get remotivated!

    I don't have time for the gym today (working late and then meeting our wedding choir). I thought I had this weeks password as I never stayed to class but read the password board but radish isn't this weeks password:sigh:
    I've got 2 alpen bars, super noodle low fat, muller light yoghurt, banana and 1ltr water for my breakfast/dinner/snacks at work.

    Help me get remotivated! I have 13lbs to loose now in 5 weeks! (first wedding dress fitting)

    Your first motivation should be that damn wedding dress fitting girl! Say the words 'fat bride' to yourself then take another look at what you're eating. Do you want it, or do you want '13lbs lighter bride'?

    My motivation for coming back to SW this time was that after losing 9 stone and gaining a BF, I started to relax and put on 1.5 stone in 6 months. The motivation was the pair of size 16 jeans from Dotty P that used to gape slightly at the waist. They no longer do that. I have developed an unsightly and unsavoury muffin top across the top. I am the woman who tells people she's a size 16 when really she's gone back to an 18, and just because she squeezes into size 16s, doesn't make her a size 16.

    I have lost 10 of those pesky 21 lbs in 4 weeks. You can do that too! But only if you really want to...

    Thank you Vizzster - they were just the stern words I needed but everyone is too polite to say :eek:

    best also get my pen and paper out and start my food diary!

    I agree with Vixxster, your wedding dress should be your motivation hun! You will look back at those photos forever and you'll want to be able to look at them with pride, not wishing you'd laid off the chocolate a bit.

    At least you know where the 4lbs has come from and you know what you have to do to get back on track.

    You can do it!! SW has worked for you and will continue to work if you get back on track.

    PS - text or call your consultant, she will give you the password, also the password works for 2 weeks.

    Yeah defo talk to your consultant - if she's a good one she'll be really understanding and that's waht she's there for after all, food fails! I'll be crying on Shirley's shoulder if I haven't lost this week after going to a bloody food festival, bloody stupid idea THAT was! :p

    yeah your wedding dress it a great motivation, you'll be in it in no time

    I'm re-grouping as my pants are too tight, I've them on for work today and I'm just not happy in them, it took me ages to be able to fit in them and now I'm being silly (see my post)
