Turkey is great meat to eat as well as chicken & oily fish. Grilling is the best way to cook. And steaming fish is great too. Avoid frying (chicken nuggets, fried fish & chips etc).
Avoid processed meats like pepperoni, kebab meat, spam etc. As they're held together by fat. Nasty!
Always go for White meat over red meat. If you have to have red mean go for the leanest meat possible.
