I am 8lbs off my bmi 25 +1, as I understand I can ss till I get there, but then what?
Can I ss +, or do I have to do 790/810 to goal?
Confused, not due to see my cd for two weeks, but wanted to know now.

I thought it was dangerous to ss at bmi 25 +1stone, as you run the risk of losing muscle?
I am very confused so dont take that for gospel!
Intersested to hear what others think, thanks for your reply x

No I think its that you have to have 25 +1 to start SS but if you are above that when starting SS you can SS down to BMI 25 :)
