What not to do!!!

#1
Hey everybody!

I am starting Lipotrim again tomorrow after over a years break.

I managed to loose over 6 stone in 2008 with loads of determination and the support of some great people on this forum.

I can not speak highly enough of Lipotrim it's a great way to loose weight if you stick to it - I am living proof.

Slowly though I must admit I have slipped back into my old ways and put weight back on.
I don't want to put anyone off on this forum by telling you how much (because its completely my own fault eating rubbish) but have decided to give LT another go - starting tomorrow and when I get to my goal this time I wont screw it up lol!

Going to weigh myself tomorrow morning and see what the damage is!!!

Snowie :p
