what rewards do you give yourself

I've literally just made a reward chart for myself in my notebook! I'm rewarding for every five lbs I lose and the rewards I've used are:
  • Mani/Pedi
  • Fakeaway feast
  • New gym clothes
  • New jeans
  • Pamper night
  • Movie night
  • Watching my favourite box set
  • Treating myself to a Lush shop
  • Buying a new SW friendly recipe book and
  • Buying myself a new book to add to the collection
Treats like a new water bottle might be good as an incentive if you want to get your water intake/exercise levels up or treating yourself to a SW friendly sweet treat, like lemon drizzle cake.
