Bad start

Evening everyone,
I joined SW last Wednesday and followed the plan to the letter, made sure I had my HEX A’s & B’s, been having between 10-12 syns a day, third of my plate speed foods & lots of variety etc., & I put on 1.5lbs in my first week.

I did try SW about 4 yrs ago & a similar thing happened & I didn’t return after my first week. I’ve decided to give it a few weeks as my leader thinks it’s becauseof my change in diet but I wondered if anyone else has experienced that as the other new starters all lost a few lbs each. Bit of background, I had my daughter 2 years ago almost & put on 4 stone (due to morning sickness all through my pregnancy & eating was the only thing that helped). I joined Weight Watchers & was only 8lbs away from goal but plateaued due to me being bored with the plan. I’ve gone from eating very little to eating a LOT!

Can anyone offer any advice?xx
