I know I can add tabasco to soups etc... is there anything else I can add?

Officially you can't use tabasco on Cambridge (you can on LighterLife I believe) so this is your choice.
I used to use a very light sprinkly of curry powder if that helps. Also white and black pepper of course.
I always put a tsp of chilli powder in the spicy tomato soup, it just adds an extra kick!
I also add 1/4 tsp of orange water flavouring to my vanilla shake... think cheesecake flavour!
I like to add the summer berries to chocolate for a delicious black forest flavour!

at least i didn't buy any last night.

all i used in my soups was a bit of pepper
Can you use chilli flakes as well...am on AAM this week and am covering my little bit of food with chilli....
Yep chilli flakes never did me any harm... and halapeno flakes.... yum yum
