If all it took to be thin was to eat fish oil caps I would be a poor underweight soul!

Not on Cambridge diet no.If we could have options then we wouldn't be going on about how we'd like it as a flavour with the shakes.Sorry if that comes across as rude but seeing as all of us CD'ers are trying very hard to avoid food it's a bit frustrating when someone comes along not having the faintest idea about CD and makes silly suggestions.(PS Yes I'm having a crappy day.And no I haven't cheated on my diet)
