Hi thought I would see what software people are using to track there progress and training while dieting.

All my software is apple.
On my computer I use the following on my main computer.

* Perfect Diet Tracker. This is a good for tracking my food
intake and monitoring my calories and has good graphs for
those in to that.

For training I use my iPad and phone.

* iMuscle. This is a good app as it allows you to set
your own programmes to suit your self and also good
explanation of the exercises.

*PushUp Warrior. This is a great app. Some good
pushup challenges on this. You can really see your self
improving with this app.

*Bleep Test Pro. Again this is a good app to help
you moniter your fitness and see improvement in your fitness.

There are so many out there good and bad, so what do people use or do people just think they are just a waste of time.

I use myfitnesspal, it calculates your goal calorie intake for free and they have an android/iphone app too. I've been finding it really helpful, I've never stuck this well to a diet before until I got it :)

I use my fitness pal as well, on my laptop and blackberry. I remember doing bleep tests at school, hated them!

I use myfitnesspal too.

I'm weird and I loved the bleep test at school lol, I may try that app when I get abit (alot) fitter.
