what spices etc

Are we allowed spices???

What about thyme, parsley mint etc???
 
I use lots of spices just avoid anything with sugar in the ingredients
 
I did a nice marinade for chicken breasts - i grated a clove of garlic, added a teaspoon of ground corriander, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and a big splash of soy sauce, mixed it all up then spooned it over a chicken breast, then left it for half an hour before putting on a baking tray in the oven. Beautiful!!! Wanna add some ground ginger or grated real ginger to it next time too, perhaps a little cayenne pepper for a bit more kick as it was just aromatic at those concentrations.
 
I have some thai spice that I use with grilled chicken to make a thai chicken salad, with peppers, white cabbage and lettuce. Yum :bliss:
