What time do you eat your evening meal?

Just being nosey really

I eat at 5pm, and find that this leaves me pretty hungry late evening as I don't usually go to bed until at least 11.30pm.

I started eating at this time because it meant we could all eat together as a family as I found this made the kids eat better. It also fits in with the older kids clubs perfectly. If I don't eat at this time I would have to wait until after 7pm and eat once the little kids are in bed.

I am just trying to work out which option might be best

I don't get in from work til 5:30 then potter around and do some exercise. Usually start making tea about 6:30-7:00 xxx

I have tea about 6.30 /7 when I get in from work. Sometimes I try and wait even longer so I'm not starving at around 9, which is when I used to pig out on toast

I work till gone 8 every night so myself and oh dnt eat till around 9ish each night

think if i ate at 5 i would b ready for another meal at 9 lol, cause we have ate late for so long it just becomes normal rouyine
