What to do with chicken breast

I can't decide what to have for dinner tonight as I had planned to make curry but my OH has invited friends round on Saturday night for a curry night so I have decided not to make one (however if anyone has a nice jalfrazie recipe I would be grateful as I have lost my SW EE cook book).

I know I am having chicken as I have some breasts in the fridge that will need using so if you guys could give me some ideas I would be eternally grateful x

Make a slit in the chicken breast and put in some lite Philly or lite Boursin soft cheese with garlic, and then wrap bacon around the breast, bake in the oven for 15 minutes, delicious.....
