Hi

I don't know if anyone can help me but im on the 810 plan, i'm out for a mothers day meal tonight at a Chinese restaurant, does anyone know anything i can actually eat?

i dont want a blow out as i really need to lose this weight for my wedding so i dont want to just eat anything.

Can anyone help

Avoid rice and noodles - carb overload! See if there's a chicken and mushroom dish or something along those lines. Avoid the thick sauces as they are always full of sugar (sweet and sour etc). If you find a main dish you like the sound of which isn't too bad, ask for it with stir fried vegetables instead of the rice/noodles and you should be fine :)

I always have special foo yung when I have chinese , its meats and veg and eggs , so not many carbs and if i come out of ketosis I am normally back in again the next morning :)
Thats the one I meant :) lol
