i`m having major trouble sticking to cd at the minute, i ate, gained 2 lbs stuck to ss lost the 2lbs then ate, done this for 2 weeks now.
i know the weight gain is water/glycogen.
the problem is i`m happy with my weight now, and how i look, i have nothing to aim for, no reason to stick to the diet.
when i eat, i dont pig out, i just eat normal food. (i did have 1 binge day, a birthday)
not sure what to do, i want to become a cdc, my cdc cant train me up til december, as she`s not been doing it for 6 months yet, so i suppose i`ll have to stick with cd until then, but feel ready to just eat healthily, i only have 7lbs til my personnal target, i`m sure i can do this just eating like a normal person, but dont want to give up on being cdc.
please can some one give me some ideas of what i can do.
