I have just booked to go skiing on March
6th = what would you experienced lt's suggest I do - I am on wk 2 weigh in on monday.

Do I carry on for 1 more week and will 1 week be enough to refeed.???

or stop on monday and then refeed

I am on week 6, am going away on wednesday and started refeeding today.. i come back saturday and straight on to tfr again.. it is supposed to be very hard to go back on tfr after a break but i am looking forward to my break and a few drinks x hths
 
i go away on my break on 5th march and am doing 2 weeks refeed before hand i was on TFR for 6 weeks
 
On the third day you introduce carbs, therefor bringing yourself out of ketosis.. however, after that i would stick to the refeed once you are away, and not excessively drink or over do it on carbs.. keep to your high intake of water.. essentially sticking to the refeed plan while you are away x
 
what if I do 1 more week on lt and then refeed the following week and when I am away have a shake for breakfast and the low carbs and minimum drinks??? do you think that would be ok
