What to eat?

Hiya, I was just wondering do you think it's ok to use pro points on whatever you want as long as you stay within your points? I mean like if I wanted to use all mine on chocolate (I'm not going to!) would I still lose weight? I have had a mcdonalds today and feel really bad even though I've stuck to my 29 daily points all day x

As long as you stick to your points you can eat what you want. The daily pro points are designed to allow a calorie/energy deficit you need to loose weight. It's advised to eat filling and healthy foods which are green highlighted on books or website as these help to maintain energy levels and satisfaction.
