What to expect ???

Ive been doing CS for 4 weeks now and i guess its hard to describe what to expect. IMO its just another diet, one thats working atm however :)
Ive done weight watchers in the past and am very clued up on healthy eating and the importance of eating breakfast etc etc and so the prospect of having a wee cereal bar or a shake for break fast was the thing that filled me with the most dread.
Firstly i dont like milk shakes lol and fully expected to be gagging and forcing myself to drink it every day.
However actually they are quite nice and while it still feels really weird not "eating" in the morning im not hungry before snack time and my skin condition has improved. I think all the vits and minerals that are packed into the shakes and bars are really doing me good :)
I think one of the vital things is the drinking water part and keeping to the 5/6 small meals per day. The week i was off work my body clock went to pot and i missed snacks and didnt drink hardly any water and i put ON 1lb!
Its very easy to stick to but you have to be fairly organised, as finding a snack when youre desperate for "something" thats NOT carbohydrate can be a heck of a challenge some days if you aint been shopping lol.
I tried the soups and didnt really like them and so make my own "no point" WW style veg soups for lunch with a piece of fruit or something and it seems to work well :) As long as you totally avoid carbo's and try keep to the 1/4 protien 3/4 veg its easy:)
