What to snack on without feeling guilty?

I am feeling like I really want to munch on something, please someone tell me what they recommend :)
 
carrot sticks, celery sticks, (with HEA or low syn cheese things),mullers, er....
 
Quark, natural yog and options mixed and put in a tall glass or large wine glass - yummy ! Seems nicer eating from a glass rather than a bowl :)
 
Thanks guys, I went with the celery (I had salt on them) I'm feeling better now and will last till tomorrow morning lol
