    Hi i have read the recipes etc on what else can you do with your CD sachets...

    What do people actually think .. rather than me wasting my packets and not having enough for the week and getting annoyed... can you let me know your thoughts as to whether i should just drink um, eat um or make buns from um

    You just started out, aren't you? (just like me)
    I would save the receipes for the moments you really get bored with the shakes and such, to add some variation then.
