What will not take me out of ketosis?

Protein is a good option if you have to eat - a plain bit of chicken, fish, etc. They have little to no carbs so will not knock you out of ketosis as long as they aren't slathered in sauces & oils, etc. x

its all good - I had a spoin of reduced salt stock in a cup :) taken the edge off :)
