I am reading up on cambridge diet now it is saying my ideal weight would be around 12stone, I am 5ft 10 and was thinking maybe 12 stone would be a bit too thin for me, I would ideally be in size 12/14 clothes thats my goal, can anyone help maybe someone who is the same height as me, what weight they suggest for me to go down to.. I know this possibly send daft but just thought 12 stone would be to thin saying that im 22 and i think i was 12 stone when i was like 10 so can't really remember what it was like lol

    xxxxxxx

lol see thats why i like my version of slimfast. i dont really drink anyway but the OH wanted to go out last wed so i went and drank too. put on a bit but lost it and some more by today. not bad for 10 days dieting. plus my ticker is only from day 4 of my diet when i bought some scales as mine only went up to 19 and i was 0 on them lol. so i dont know what i was when i started. im 26 by the way. i would like to be 17 something by my birthday on 8th Dec

so will you, enjoy your b'day, drink if you want to, dont over do it and dont feel guilty, what is life without fun. anything you gain you can always lose again so no problem.

I'm also 5 10 and at 12 stone I'm still a size 14 on top and 16 on bottom. I'm aiming for 11 stone but will see how I feel when i get there, might carry on and go for 10 (which i don't think i've been since i was about 18).
