What would you do - honestly

Imagine your evening meal will be ready in less than 1 hour, but you are hungry right now. Would you

a) have a couple of pieces of fruit to keep you going
b) eat a biscuit or 3
c) hunt in the fridge and end up having a chunk of cheese
d) go and keep busy till dinner is done.
e) eat anything you can find.

In the past I would have probably done a, b, c and e, but now, it would be either a or d, but most likely a. Being focused and wanting to succeed at reaching my goal is such a big focus right now, I have cast iron will power.

What about you, and why?

my options would be
1, go and have a soak in the bath(this is what i normally do while dinner is cooking to be totally honest!)

2, have a glass of diet coke to 'fill' me up

3, go and brush teeth!

4, get all the glass bottles together and go for a walk to the bottle bank!

I take the dogs out or do some housework and try to focus on anything but food! Doesn't always work tho!;)

i would have to have the fruit, if i get to hungry i start shaking and fall over lol

I'd have a big glass of water, then try to do some sort of distraction activity that would keep my brain (and possibly my hands!) busy.
