This is a hard one! I would say you can either do what most people do and have the day off :)
Or try to do a minimum carbs as possible day, veg-meat, no potatoes or stuffing, at least you having something to eat, fresh fruit cocktail for after with creme fresh?
New year the same and let hubby drink lol
Birthday is hard though, they don't do low carb cakes! lol But you could still do the meal out thing, salad, chicken or fish, etc.
Anyway whatever you do good luck, I will be glad to stick to diet up to xmas, if I do then I will be attempting to follow what I just said :8855:

Hi Everyone,

Im glad I am not the only one worrying about Christmas Lunch LOL. We are going away for Christmas (Australia & New Zealand), so I really don't know what to do for the best. If I should stop CD just before we go and start again when I get back, but I dont want to put all the weight back on again...grrrr decisions..decisions !!
