Whats a normal first week loss?

Its a great loss but didnt you have a blip? It might have been more but everyone is different anyway :)

I lost 8lbs in my first week but im doing 810 :)

yes i had a chinese blip... but 2 days to weigh in...

it doesnt matter about the blip, kid. We have all had them. If you stay 100% after your first weight in right through to the next - you will love the results!

I only lost 4lb on my first wi and that was 100% SS too. Was gutted

7lbs first time I did Lipotrim

9lbs on CD

So it can even vary in one person!

it all depends how much water you are retaining hunni...

first week is mostly water loss... so dont be disheartened!

i lost 13lbs my first week but then only 2lb my second week...

i was obviously retaining a lot of fluid.. theres no way i lost 13lb of pure fat... now every loss is fat so these are the ones that count!

next week you will be more excited

my first evern time around i lost 18lb my first week. Biggest loss she had ever seen.

Atm this is my first week and iv lost 10nhalf lb on my scales

I've done this diet twice and lost 5lb in the first week the first time and just 4lb the second time. I was chuffed with that, so would have been ecstatic at 8lb or more!!!
