What's for breakfast?

To be honest I've faffed between things all year and not done much, but I've lost five stone on weight watchers before, so I have confidence that it works. I like how I can still eat what I want as long as it's within my points because I don't feel deprived. It means when I make bad food choices and waste points on crap that doesn't fill me up, I learn from that and make a better balance between treats and good food the next time

I've been brave and set up a diary it's under diary forum called diary into skinny jeans.
If anyone fancies dropping by to support my journey and give me big virtual kicks up arse :) xxx

Ooooo that looks so nice, how many pp in Greek yoghurt? Is it quite bitter?

I worked it out as 2 PP for the pot which is 170g and I used half. It's not bitter, but it's a little bit tart. Like a thicker, creamier creme fraiche. It's yummy :)
