I'm going to ask for dry-fried steak with a plain jacket potato, instead of chips, and plenty of veg. I'm going to be good and steer well clear of the desserts - trying to stick to plan 100% this week after a, quite expected, 1.5lb gain

I have sweet potatoes to use up, and after a quick search online for inspiration, am going to try and make a sweet potato, lentil and coconut curry. Think it should be do-able with some light coconut milk. Pretty adventurous for me...hope it turns out ok!
