    Well as I am up far too early on a sunday morning I am already thinking of the day ahead and what I am going to eat :)
    So, what's for dinner everyone ? I only do green days but still like to know what everyone is eating.
    Actually I would say I spend most of my day thinking about food !!

    Roast lamb here - done in the slow cooker so the fat doesn't crispen so I'm not tempted to eat it!!

    I am thinking of having quorn sausages with mash and veggies, but this could change before dinner time.

    Haven't a clue yet!, I meant to get a joint of beef out of the freezer last night but forgot!, I don't even know what day to have really, I was green yesterday so I may be red today, think I may have a tuna steak with stir fry veg for tea

    I'm doing an EE roast. Mmmmm. Can't wait!!!
    It may even turn into just a red day, as I have had 2 b's today, and can't decide if to count one as syns or not.
    The trouble is I do like a good roast potato, and I love love love sweet potato too.

    I have now decided on SW chips with a mushroom omelette and salad. I am starving today so that should fill me up :)

    An Extra Easy roast for me - Roast Chicken and Roasted Veg - Potatoes, Parsnips, Carrots and Red Onion. With a bit of gravy and Cranberry Sauce for my syns. Won't be ready quick enough for me, lol!

    Spicy bacon pasta here tonight - chop up some bacon, fry it until it goes crispy, then dry fry some onions with garlic until they go soft, chuck in a tin of tomatoes and some mixed spices (not sure which, it's a mixed pot I got from Lidl, quite spicy), add the bacon, then chuck in some cooked pasta and mix it all together. Serve with grated parmesan (1.5 syns per tbsp). Fabulous :) :eating:

    Haven't decided yet, here - I actually haven't eaten at all today yet, just been very lazy and drinking tea all day. :D

    I think I might do my chunky potato and vegetable soup. Big pot of that with a couple of slices of bread should do me fine.

    I'm having a chicken roast. Just done SW roasties for first time and i must say im impressed!
    Just waiting on the chicken- god im starving!!!!! lol
