Yummy salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, carrot, onion, egg, ham & cheese (HEX) with a level dessert spoon of EL Mayo & sweet chilli sauce mixed.

Ooo i really fancy some hard boiled eggs... thats tomorrows lunch sorted!

Thought I would use all my healthy extras in one go today so had baked beans with two scan bran and 2 light laughing cows mixed in, with three scan bran with a light laughing cow on each and 57grams of salmon on top, yummy

Had a "lazy" lunch that I could just heat in the microwave at the office: small tin baked beans with rice, sweetcorn and peas (all from frozen). The baked beans made it nice tomatoey and not too dry.

I'm having a Co-op wholemeal pitta (HEXb) with chicken and salad followed by a yogurt and some fruit.X

I had quiche with baked beans and muller yoghurt with summer fruits

I had chargilled chicken and mushroom pasta (with one of the perfect shake seasonings and a laughing cow) and stir fried vegetables. Delicious!
