Mmm that looks yummy!!!

Really easy to cook - sprinkle some salt on a baking tray, frylite potatoes and then roll and shake them about on baking tray (this will really crisp up skin and give it delish saltiness). Cook for about 1hr (till cooked). remove from oven and half, let stand for a couple of minutes, scoop out potato and mix with 30g cheddar or 45g reduced fat cheddar (1x HEA), the yolk of an egg and a level tsp of mustard powder (you can add anything else like bacon, mush, onion etc). Once its combined scoop back into the skins and cook for about 15-20 mins - tastes so cheesy!

If you are a baked bean lover, nice to put a layer of baked beans at the bottom of the potato skin and then spoon the cheese mixture on top!
