Hi everyone, i am new to the forum, i am about to start a placement for my degree and wont have access to a cooker or micro.. so looking for lunch ideas that will keep me full till dinner and that dont involve needing to be cooked. I will have a good look around this thread as well, but if anyone could give me suggestions for some yummy cold lunches that transport well, that wld be great. xx ps i lost 3 lbs this week :D

You can take hot food with you if you invest in a food flask.
Heat it at home and it keeps warm for a good 8-10 hours.

Curries etc.

Failing that there's no reason that you can't have sandwiches if you use your HeB of bread and a mountain of free and superfree as fillings.

Going to have chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon, served with a baked sweet potato and homemade coleslaw

SW chips, beans and healthy extra of grated cheese! Feels so bad but yet it's all on plan!
