I trim all the fat before grilling, it's a tin of chopped toms with a good dash of Worcester sauce reduced down for about 15 mins until they become nice and thick and a whole lot tastier!

For the third week I've made salads for 4 weekdays on Sunday. I've tried to figure out what will last so I can do this to help me save time/stay on track when I'm sometimes rushing out of the house in a chaotic rush in the morning. I make 4 because I usually work at home 1 day so I don't need one every day, but I think you could.
What I do is cut a lemon or lime into wedges, and put a wedge in each salad box. I also put some salad dressing in a small pot. Adding the dressing & lemon/lime juice just before eating seems to keep it fresh. I put in whatever of these things I have: :
Chickpeas
Sweetcorn
Sliced peppers
Carrot sticks
Cherry tomatoes
Radishes
Spring onion
Celery
Cucumber (scooping out the seeds)
Gherkins
Olives
