That's a good point! I cut out bread so I'm not the expert! I just vividly remember someone saying only from 400g loaf.

Ok I posted the ww wrap pizza yesterday and today I made it with my heb of wholemeal bread as the base instead (to save on syns) and 1 would have nearly been enough so could have only used half my healthy extras! But ill know better now for the next time!

This is one of my faves...from way before slimming world but i don't use tomato puree. My mum adds pineapple but i don't like it.

Anyway, made it a while ago and my sis was like, ""oh your breaking your diet then" ha....no im not cos slimming world is awesome and you eat great food lol xx

Im having beans on toast.....i have 2 heb n have a hovis 400g loaf now the book says 2slices 400g but also says 60g any wholemeal so i weighed my slices n i get 5 for 120g.......is this right? Lol

Awk its sooo easy. You just boil some rice and rinse it. I buy Iceland frozen chicken tikka which is syn free and you defrost for 3 mins in micro. If im being lazy like yesterday i add Iceland frozen peppers and onions to a wok and defrost then add the cooked rice and defrosted chicken tikka and heat through and add soy sauce. So easy and quick! X

It wasn't bad. I had parsnips and mushrooms that needed using up so googled recipes and I just used the parsnips and mushrooms, an onion, couple of cloves of garlic, chicken stock, 2 sticks of celery and some curry powder. I chopped and softened the onion and celery and garlic then added the parsnips and mushrooms and stock, cooked till parsnips soft and then blended. Surprising what you can make soups out of!
