Jennie123 - I just got the ready marinated prawns from tesco. They are in coriander and chilli (although not hot if that makes sense!) and half a syn for the whole packet. Currently reduced to £2 on offer at the moment. Bargain when the plain ones are £3.25! Xx

Thanks MinkyDinky I'm going to have a go at this sometime this week. I love fish/seafood but rarely cook it at home. Your seabass looked gorgeous too.

Having a stressy day today D: So just had 2 BBQ chicken drumsticks and 2 tomato & herb Mugshots. I know, no Superfree, what am I like?
Will just have fruit & salad veg to snack on until dinner though... :sigh:
