Baked Sweet Potato, HE Low Low Chilli and Red Pepper Cheese, Lettuce, Beetroot, Sweetcorn, Cucumber and Peppers
 
Had left over bacon tomato onion n mroom risotto yumyum followed by a full pineapple chopped up to be eaten throughout the day!
 
baked potato, tin of beef ravioli (sainsburys own make which i am hoping was free), gherkins & pickled onions
 
Baked jacket potato cut in half , warm baked beans on top, a healthy a seving of grated cheese on top. Grill until cheese is golden - then eat !!!! Hhhmmmm nom nom :) ..
