Tesco smoked salmon nigiri sushi (1.5 Syns), Tesco Hoi sin duck sushi (1.5), a mugshot and some grapes afterwards- yes I'm hungry!! Been out walking for 2 hours and had to pass a Tesco on way home

I had brunch of a 3 egg omlette, beans, 2 quorn sausages (2syn) and 2 WW bread xx

I just had, chicken and herb super low fat super noodles (free)
3 fried eggs (in fry light.. free)
3 low fat quorn sausages (free) and
2 baby corn on the cobs

and when it goes down, a pink lady apple

was starving!! and the lamb and gravy cooking for the others was making it worse.
