Its a favourite in this house! and i must admit a bit of an addiction for me! lol this is my 'feels naughty' food that usually curbs and likely off plan urges lol xxxx

hi hun the curry sauce is just mayflower curry sauce (4 syns per 100ml made up)

and the rice....

cooked boiled rice fried in frylight with added cooked chicken, garlic & soy sauce then 2 beaten eggs stirred through until cooked. I also usually add spring onion, peas and ham but i am out of all three lol.
