Lunch was off plan as was at work and they had food provided. Had one ham roll, a cheese straw and some cherry flapjack. Not good. But dinner is back on track and in control!

Heb ryvita with mackerel mixed with 1 tbsp light salad cream n a salad of tomato pepper cucumber spinach n gherkins with 2 tbsp ex light mayo followed by a nectarine n muller light

I'm gonna go for ham, boiled eggs and baby bel light. Prob with some lettuce too. Toms and raw pepper sticks on the side. Then raid the fruit bowl
