Arrghh! Been out of the house all day! was so tempted to make a sandwich when i got in, however i was good and had a bowl of fruit salad, a packet of Aldi crispy fries crisps (3.5 syns) & a Special K bar (4 syns).

Special K bars are on offer in Sainsbury's for £1
